Ever since he co-founded adrianse* India in 1998, he has delivered projects by being task-oriented and driven by deadlines. Great change is often preceded by chaos and Udaya is a firm believer of the same. He thrives under chaos as he challenges every aspect and sees things outright. Being one of the industry leaders in transforming workplaces, his constant drive for innovation has lead the company on a path of data-driven design and technology integration solutions. With a degree in Architecture and a certification in Business Acumen from INSEAD, Udaya has steered a 20-year long career of heading award-winning projects in workplace design, project and construction management.

He is a strategic thinker and an intuitive problem solver who identifies problems by its pain points. Something he is not publicly known for is his love for cheese making and organic farming.

A serial entrepreneur, civil engineer, and visionary leader, PS Kochar (popularly known as PSK) is a renowned name in the Indian AEC industry. A Partner at SDSS, he is known for his off-the-beat market strategies, and has led various companies to profitability over the past 25 years.

From a humble beginning in the late 90s, his rich experience and people-centric leadership have catapulted him to veteran status in the industry. He has helped organisations transform effectively through innovation, strategic insights, and operational efficiency. A happy traveller and bike lover, he is happiest when in the saddle, blazing his way through the roads.

Sumeet lives by “God is in the details” and builds with pride.

Delivering outcomes better than the visualisations is his specialty. He has vast work experience with multiple large scale projects and has whetted his managerial skills intensively. He has inculcated a wide variety of expertise from designing to detailing to coordinating at the execution level. Sumeet worships practicality and hence validates every design detail so as to render perfection. He strives to guide this thinking across the organisation to help designers to detail with specificity, so that they don’t feel inhibited or challenged by compliance.

Jayanth is recognized for his visionary and interdisciplinary approach to architecture, consistently pushing the boundaries of conventional practice to craft exceptional built environments. His extensive professional experience, enriched by significant travel, enables him to challenge established paradigms, introduce fresh perspectives, and implement innovative strategies across various building typologies. He has built a strong reputation for orchestrating integrative design solutions and fostering effective collaboration among multidisciplinary teams. Operating seamlessly across diverse disciplines, Jayanth is a passionate advocate for empowering all team members, inspiring them to harness their unique strengths to achieve outstanding project outcomes.

After a decade of working in media and marketing with companies such as CNBC-TV18, CNN IBN, and Big FM, Nirmala made her foray into Real Estate Marketing and Sales with DivyaSree developers and K Raheja Corp for their commercial and residential properties across West and South India.

Nirmala is now heading Sales for South India and Marketing for adrianse.

Highly driven by passion and focus along with an analysis and detail-oriented approach in design, Chinmayee’s core strength lies in conceptualizing, creating and delivering a spatial result that is contextually unique, original, relevant and highly satisfying to a successfully repetitive clientele. Her ability to perceive innovatively and generate abstract ideas and concepts; thereby translating them into tangible references while ultimately decoding them into meaningful architecture has been her prime contribution across a varied palette of design diaries.

With a strong background in architecture, she forayed into the interior design world accidentally and effortlessly found her kaleidoscope to a new world of design. Being adept in interpretation and understanding, she excels in the overall communication with the team members, clients and various associated professionals.

Archie is a Filipino architect with more than 18 years of experience in corporate interior design for multinational companies in extensively diverse industries. With dedication, discipline, talent, and providence, he became a Regional Design Director in Asia Pacific at a young age, enabling him to explore a variety of cultures and people, enriching his experiences, and casting up his conscientious drive for precision, detail, and standard.

Archie was also chosen to be an endorser of Microsoft Surface Pro and has been featured in international magazines, has won multiple awards, and has become a resource speaker for various design events. He is a captain who focuses on creating paramount quality design, and opens doors for clients to enter the best workspace experience they can have.

Praveen comes with a rich experience of managing and delivering projects for both local and international clients. He has spent a good part of his career in Singapore providing workplace technical and technology solutions for various Financial, Banking, IT, Technology, Pharma and Retail clientele. A “Never say No” attitude and his ability in solving complex problems calmly is something that stands out.

Praveen carries 15+ years of technical and technology experience in designing, managing and delivering workplace projects in India, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines (Manila & Iloilo), Taiwan, Australia, Beijing and Hong Kong.

Rajan’s career spans three decade, with a decade each in hospitality and experiential marketing, and currently over a decade in corporate real estate. These three varied professional lines have taught him humility, and led him to develop the quality of listening, rather than being in a hurry to say his piece. These sectors have also given me the exposure to interact with the entire spectrum of teams across organisations.

He is a people’s person with strong powers of intuition. His stability, focus, ability to think and act, and adherence to process have helped him lead teams of professionals who have at times been better qualified than him in a particular subject.

Santoshi is a seasoned workplace design professional with over 16 years of experience. She is continuously inspired by all things creative and tries to imbibe them in the design that she is involved with. She believes that design needs to be aesthetically alluring as well as functional and that there is a very fine line between the two. It is a tough balancing act and this is the underlying philosophy that she has always tried to base her work on.

After completing her degree in Interior Design, she has worked with Space Matrix for over 10 years and was Lead Designer at Bengaluru, designing over a million square feet of office space for a varied set of clients including some Fortune 500 ones. She is a self-directed, entrepreneurial team leader dedicated to finishing projects on time and within budget with little or no down-time.

Seema is well-known for her high levels of creativity, imagination and vision. Her extensive experience in architectural planning, design and construction stages of various building types, especially healthcare, enables her to easily define scope and size, support opportunity identification and pursue processes that promote organisational success and growth.

She possesses a winning combination of domain experience, soft skills, client interactions, and design development. Her key strengths are strategic thinking, design management, and efficient design execution.

With many years of design experience in large-scale projects across several verticals, Anjali possesses great insights into the construction industry. Her ability to coordinate with different teams and manage multiple clients has led her to client solutions. Anjali’s understanding of emerging trends, profiling and market research, relationship building, contract management and budget adherence, and conversion of opportunities into key accounts have been the highlights of her role.

Munmun became a part of the adrianse* team in 2008 and has an overall experience of 17+ years in interior design. She loves to design and create workspaces which not only meet the client’s requirement but also are adaptive and dynamic in look and feel. She’s an interior designer by qualification and holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature. She’s passionate about her work and loves to explore creative solutions in space planning and developing new concepts with an unconventional approach.

She is an enthusiastic team player who believes in motivated team effort to finish every assignment with excellence. As quoted by Pele, ‘Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.’ She shares the same point of view about achieving success in her life.

Mansi has experience as a project lead in global organizations specializing in the workplace environments for office spaces of multinational companies. She is known to motivate the design and the projects team to provide excellent client services, ensuring quality in design and delivery. Before joining adrianse*, Mansi was heading the studio as the design lead for productizing design with a vision of modularisation of design and on-site works. Her key role was to lead the new vision, from a design and execution standpoint

If Kiran were to point out the recipe for her impressive track record of over 25 years of managing project teams, it would simply be her strong technical and detailed knowledge about work. Her journey towards being a highly experienced interior architect started with her Diploma in Architecture from Women’s Polytechnic, Maharani Bagh in 1993 and furthered by BArch from AIIA, Mumbai in 1999. She has demonstrated her immense passion for the craft that shows in her exquisite style of working and has been associated with adrianse* India since 1997. Always ready to take on challenging jobs, she believes the best results come from working with the team.
