The roles and responsibilities listed below act as a guide for you to understand the firm's expectations and also help you align yourself accordingly. Key Responsibilities:

• SPOC for all of the projects that you are managing.
• Manage the end to end delivery of the projects (3 to 4 at a time) with your team to ensure quality , timely, within cost, delivery of the project
• Responsible for all key milestones and deliverables compliant with Level 2 - BIM for the project you are managing.
• Encourage your teams to Research and evaluate new products and solutions that can enhance quality, be cost conscious and are sustainable.
• Manage the NSV for the project and ensure that design deliverables are aligned with the same
• Participate in pitches and contribute to the concept, design , presentation, data collection, manage and track studio deliverables for the pitch . Manage technical and design deliverables for the pitch
• Mentor team members and help them to improve their technical knowledge and help them transition to the next level.
• Participate in Post occupancy evaluation with the client
• Visit the site and carry out Quality checks and also to check alignment to the design intent .In addition to this, use Open Space and any other VDC tools made available by the firm to virtually monitor the work on site.
• Engage with the studio team and Projects team to enhance collaboration and improve overall project delivery.
• Work with your City head, to generate leads, foster relationships with clients & IPC.
• Build a network with vendors, transaction teams etc to extract market information

Success Factors:

• Be proficient in the following software tools viz, Autocad,, Google Workshop, Procore, Revit (Basic level), Navisworks & Open Space.Exhibit positive attitude with an inclination to learn and grow
• Punctuality is a key attribute we look for in all our employees, whether it is about reaching office or being in time for meetings with all stakeholders.
• Ensure that your teams are completing the tasks to meet project milestones successfully.
• Honesty and a strong work ethics are very important as you are representing "adrianse*"
• Be respectful towards your colleagues and all external people that you will meet as part of your work day
• Communication skills : written as well as spoken need to be of very high standards.
