We are seeking candidates who are self-starting and growth-driven, looking for a career in the future of the workplace, and interested in joining an international firm with a growing USA presence.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years professional experience in sales or business development for workplace design or associated industries such as office furniture, technology, or related consulting services.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, design, or a related field.
  • Strong presentation, sales, people and organizational skills; a collaborative team player.
  • Demonstrated communication skills, especially in listening, speaking and writing.
  • Highly knowledgeable of potential US clients especially in California and the west coast.

Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining long-term client accounts for workplace design services. You will contribute to the development of strategies for regional growth and service. Your adrianse* team will be located around the world, so comfort with international conference calls in multiple time zones along with cross-cultural sensitivity is required. This is a work-from-home position, but frequent regional travel is likely.
